Thank you for shopping with Chandi Jewels. We take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates.

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at chandijewelbykc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipping and cannot be cancelled.
